USING ESSENTIAL OILS SAFELY

with PETS

If You Are Using Essential Oils Around Your Pets, You Could Be Putting Them At Risk!

There's a lot of misinformation out there about using essential oils with pets. Are essential oils safe around pets? Is it OK to diffuse if you have a cat in the house? Is Tea Tree really safe around dogs, or not? What about using with bunnies, fish, or birds?

Let's break it down...

  • Dogs - there are many essential oils safe for dogs to inhale and have applied to their skin

  • Cats - it's never going to be safe for cats to be exposed to essential oils in any way

  • Other pets - some other pets do better with hydrosol or avoiding essential oils and hydrosol completely

Essential oils not safe for dogs, cats, and other pets should be flagged accordingly! Why is this not being done?

I've personally reviewed over 800 blends from more than 50 companies and I've found all companies sell essential oils and blends not safe for pets, and they are rarely flagged as such.

It's likely you've been using an essential oil or blend not safe for pets and you had no idea until now! (Fir Needle, anyone?)
